NTL Design-Build Transmission Line
NTL Design-Build Transmission Line
BC Hydro has announced that the team of Valard Construction, a Quanta Services company, and Burns and McDonnell is the preferred proponent to design and build the Northwest Transmission Line.
BC Hydro is now in negotiations with the team, which was chosen as preferred proponent following an evaluation of proposals submitted by three pre-qualified teams. Assuming the negotations are successful, they would conclude with a contract award to design, procure and construct the NTL.
