The Smithers Co-Working Space is a quiet, bright, and modern place for you. The Bulkley Valley Economic Development Association has desk space for rent, by the day or by the month. You can take advantage of the free wi-fi, lockable desk drawers, and boardroom. We are located at 201 – 3848 3rd avenue. We are just off Main Street and close to all downtown amenities.
Lessee’s are able to use our downtown address as their downtown address to give that more professional impression. Lessee’s are also given 24/7 access to the office and board room.
Rates start as low as $20 per day up to $150 per month.
Office space is only $450 per month, WiFi included!
Boardroom rates start at $40 per 2 hour booking.
